Drums
- DOT/UN Packaging Certification
- Certified high molecular weight
density polyethylene used for drum body and upper handling
ring. Minimum wall thickness .125" Inert liner
wall with no pigments or UV additives, to assure chemical
product purity
- Standard colors are black,
blue and white. Other colors available upon request
- Each drum has it's own unique
bar-code identification label which provides a multi-functional
tracking system
- High quality customized screen
printing service is available. Chemical sales can be
enhanced with the decoration of drums using corporate
logos and colors. Natural "see-through" drums
permit visual determination of fill level and can be
screened with graduation marks (U.S. Gallons and Metric
Liters)

Tighthead
- Closures of any combination of Rieke 2"
American Buttress or 2" NPT plugs both fitted
with EPT flat gaskets, installed into injection
molded flanges. Vent plugs and tamper-evident
seals are also available
- Multi-stage air filtration system conditions
and purifies the air used to blow the drums
- Handling ring provides ease that can be color-coded
to facilitate product and/or corporate identity
- Used for a wide range of liquid chemical applications
in markets such as electronics, agricultural,
food & beverage, janitorial supply, water
treatment, pharmaceutical, industrial and hazardous
waste
Openhead
- Patent designed injection molded ribbed drum
cover with permanent urethane gasket for rugged
use and an excellent seal. Covers made from high
impact polyethylene and are equipped with 2"
and 3/4" flanges. Specially fitted galvanized
steel closing ring with easy-to-use lever lock
secures cover to drum body
- Secondary handling ring permanently attached
to the base of the drum provides a 360° handhold
when drum is handled manually Improves stacking
performance and protects the drum bottom from
unnecessary abuse
- Used for a wide range of applications including
powders, dry chemicals, cleaning compounds, food
concentrates and syrups, pastes and gels
