Pressure/Vacuum
Forming
- Pressure/vacuum forming machines capable of
forming a wide variety of shapes and sizes up
to maximum dimensions of 48" x 96 "
and 60" x 60"
- Micro-processor controls ensures each stage
of the forming process is accurate
- Optical heat sensors allow temperature of the
sheet in the forming machine to be measured, meaning
faster cycle times and improved quality
- Materials include APS, Polycarbonate, Noryl,
PVC, Polystyrene, AVS/PVC, PVC/Acrylic, Polysulfone,
Acrylic, Polyethylene, Kydex, PETG, and
more
- Secondary machining operations, assembly and
marking can be performed on a 3 axis and 5 axis
CNC machine
- All painting, marking and assembly are done
in-house

Line
Bending and Machining
- Almost all thermoplastics can be line bent or
machined
- Most commonly used materials are Polycarbonate,
PVC, ABS and Acrylic are in stock for quick turnaround
times on "high priority" orders
- Finishing operations available for total control
over the quality of finished products
- Finishing capabilities include
- Painting
- RFI/EMI Shielding
- Offset Printing
- Hot Stamping
- Assembly
- Foam Filling
- Ultrasonic Staking
- Welding

Rotational
Molding
- Rotomolding is superior to other plastic molding techniques
in the crucial areas of cost reduction, economical runs
and part size.
- Will accept prototypes and short run orders using
single cavity tooling.
- Additional Advantages include
- One piece construction
- Totally enclosed parts
- Uniform wall thickness
- Double wall moldings
- Molded-in metal inserts
- Variety of finishes and colors
- Wall thickness can be modified after mold is made
- Parts are stress free
- Mold-In-Graphics can be applied to parts
- Foam filling for additional stability
- Materials include LLDPE, HDPE, XLPE, Polycarbonate,
and Nylon
